In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the f7f777 website at f7f777.net and all associated pages, services, mobile interfaces, and betting or gaming products accessible thereon.
• "User Account" or "Account" means the individual account registered in a User's name through which the User accesses f7f777 services.

• You must not have had a previous f7f777 Account closed for fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. f7f777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided, including government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address, and payment method ownership documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe specified by f7f777 will result in account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account on the f7f777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f7f777 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. f7f777 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or telephone.

You agree to notify f7f777 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. Until such notification is received, you remain fully responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, including all wagers placed and all withdrawal requests submitted. f7f777 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

f7f777 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections and supports two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS as an optional but strongly recommended additional security layer. f7f777 may, at its absolute discretion, temporarily lock any Account it reasonably suspects has been accessed without authorisation, pending identity verification by the Account holder.

f7f777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. f7f777 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which f7f777 accepts no liability.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. f7f777 commits to processing all approved withdrawals within 30 minutes. All bets and game entries placed on the f7f777 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type, as published on the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the specific rules and these Terms, the specific rules shall prevail in respect of that bet or game only.

f7f777 reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances:

• Where the bet was placed at odds materially different from those available at the time of acceptance, due to a technical error or manifest pricing mistake;
• Where the outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed;
• Where evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns is identified in respect of the underlying event;
• Where the bet was placed by an Account determined to be in breach of these Terms at the time of placement;
• Where a sporting or gaming event is abandoned, cancelled, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the applicable rules published on the Platform.

In-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome is objectively determined (due to latency or technical issues) are void. f7f777's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject only to the dispute resolution process set out in Clause 13.

f7f777 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to Users. The availability and specific terms of each promotion are published on the relevant promotions page of the Platform. Each promotion's specific terms (including wagering requirements, minimum odds, qualifying game types, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry dates) form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction herewith.

General bonus conditions that apply to all f7f777 promotions unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. New customer bonuses are available on the first qualifying deposit only, per person, per household, per device, and per IP address;

• Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts or assisting another person to do so;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithmic systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated fashion;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in the Platform's software or pricing systems to gain an advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any conduct intended to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event or casino game;
• Using the Platform to launder money or to conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering legislation;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, unauthorised, or illegal means, including use of stolen payment cards or compromised bank accounts;
• Sharing access to your Account with any third party, including for the purpose of allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf.

f7f777 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, f7f777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all associated bets and bonuses, and withhold or forfeit any funds in the Account to the extent permitted by applicable law. f7f777 may also report the conduct to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

f7f777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. f7f777 acknowledges that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become problematic, and is committed to providing tools and information to help users maintain control of their gambling activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f7f777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including without limitation losses arising from: gambling losses, system downtime, delays in withdrawal processing, data loss, or third-party payment provider failures.

f7f777's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount held in your Account balance at the time the claim arose or PKR 100,000 (one hundred thousand Pakistani Rupees), whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits f7f777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

f7f777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where f7f777 reasonably believes that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The User has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct;
• The User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Account closure is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation;
• The User is a minor or fails to satisfy the 21+ age eligibility requirement.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting f7f777 support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements and identity verification obligations. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

The current version of these Terms, together with the effective date, is always available on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which f7f777 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through f7f777's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent f7f777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent continuing breach of these Terms.
